Is the first game really free?
Yes. Every account gets one free hosted game — yours to use whenever you’re ready. No credit card required. Use it for a playoff matchup, a regular Sunday, or the next game your crew cares about.
Do players need to pay anything?
No. Only the host pays. Players join, pick squares, and follow along for free. They don’t even need an account if the host adds them as guests.
What happens after my free game?
Your game stays accessible — view results and quarter snapshots anytime. To host another game, buy a Single Grid, a Bundle, or a Season Pass. No subscription to manage.
Can I get a refund?
If a purchased Grid hasn’t started filling yet, you can request a full refund. Bundles are refundable until any of their Grids is used. Season Passes carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry.
Does GridBlitz handle payments between players?
No. GridBlitz is a coordination platform — we help you organize and track the game, but we don’t determine outcomes, handle money between players, or calculate distributions. That’s between you and your group.
What’s the difference between Single Grid and Bundle?
A Single Grid is one one-time purchase. The Bundle gives you 5 Grids at $3 each — a 40% saving. Both include every feature; the Bundle is just better value if you host more than once a season.
